I have been reading on here and see people are getting their messages in the Hub.

I tried rebooting, then when that didn't work, I deleted, rebooted and reinstalled and still no hub management option or messages going to the hub.

Is anyone else having this problem?

no whatsapp in hub for me either. But my hub has been missing the notifications section since the last update.

You know what's weird?

I was, and am still, getting whatsapp notifications in the hub HOWEVER something has changed.

Where yesterday it used to show the name of my contact in the hub when they messaged me, today it just shows the phone number.

Also, where yesterday it would load their profile information when I click their name at the top of the conversation, it now loads an empty screen. See attached.


Looks like there are still some bugs to fix :

Okay update: I un installed and reinstalled the app, seems to be working fine but it didn't save my chat history even though I had it set to do so on the original install

Yup I'm not getting mine in the hub either and contact photos didn't upload when I uploaded Whatsapp. Just happy it's out finally.

Has something to do with the API and BlackBerry. Lots of threads on this subject.

I can send and receive messages in the hub no problem. try a hard reset. hold volume up and vulome down until you see the backberry logo.
