I don't know if it is implemented. We always pay for our apps directly when we buy them, there is no BB$ or wallet I'm aware of.
There are coupons for specific apps, but so far we can't generate them spontaneously.

This has been a complaint for years, they have really screwed up not marketing something so simple and popular
Did you say "MARKETING" - they don't have that word anywhere in the RIM/BB vocabulary! Or, like SOON, they have their own unique definition.
This should have come when music and films became available.
