    I've just installed FaceFlow for first time and when I video call I get blank black screen and no audio even. I'm running 1047 leak. Any ideas?

    Moved the thread to the BB10 Apps Forum.

    Try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
    Hold down top button, for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, BB splashscreen again. I keep holding it down until I see the blue startup icon.

    After that reboot, any better luck?

    I tried what you told me and nothing changed.. do you think it has something to do with 1047?
