    Since last week this app won't start up. I get a 'connection error issue' message. Is there anybody else with the same issues? I have informed the NFL but have had no response thusfar.

    They will probably get back to you. I get a response from time to time.

    The thing is, the NFL app seems to stop working every time a month or so passes, and then they have to push another update. Seems like a very strange problem.

    I expect them to push another update pretty soon, this time at least the app does not force-close.

    Got the update and working with the exception it will not let me log in. Keeps telling me that my credentials are wrong.

    I admit i'm having the same issue. It's really unfortunate that the biggest professional sports league keeps coming up with unstable apps, unworthy of the NFL brand. I'll log it with them as they must know me by now.

    The reply from the NFL:

    Thank you for contacting NFL Mobile Customer Care.� The only thing I can suggest is that you uninstall the app and power down your device.� Wait a few minutes and then turn it back on and reinstall the app.� You may have to do it more than once but it should fix the issue.

    I just did the uninstall reboot etc and now it's working again.

    It's odd that it works/doesn't work from time to time and this gets tiring so I hope this doesn't keep happening.

    I got the same error message when I first opened up NFL Mobile. I opened BlackBerry world and no update, so from BlackBerry World I hit open and app opened with no problems. Haven't had an issue since then.

    I searched the BlackBerry OS10 App World and I can't find the NFL app anymore? It used to be in my app world list, but not there anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

    Yeah I noticed it wasn't there for me either. They likely pulled it because it wasn't functioning correctly. Hopefully it returns. Also wish ESPN and Bleacher Report would update their apps.

    The app is still in BlackBerry World. It has never officially been available for the Z30 (not listed under compatible devices), so that's why it doesn't show up for you. I'm guessing you probably have it because you restored from a Z10/Q10 backup?

    I previously had a Z10 and when I went to the Z30 is was a fresh install of current leak at that time so no backup. So yeah I did not realize or think about it being not being compatible with my new Z30. Regardless it hadn't been functioning correctly on my Z10 at the time opening itself with a "Can't connect to network" error I believe. Thanks for FYI though.
