What is wrong with NFL application on BB10 now?

It used to work great. Now it will not even open. Reviews of the application indicate this is widespread problem on BB10.

It works fine on my girlfriends iPhone (same carrier I have) so it is only a BlackBerry issue (though not sure about Android).

This is an issue with NFL Mobile apps, and should be directed to them. Anyone with the issue of NFL Mobile not working (since Christmas day for me) should call (800) 635-5300 and choose option 2, to speak to a live rep. They will take the information to pass on to the tech department. The more calls the better since based on the reviews, most are blaming the issue on Verizon.

I've got the same thing. I thought it was related to the 10.2.1.1925 leak I installed.

Mine stopped working as well. Very strange and annoying since the season is winding down. Back to the Score app I guess.

Unless people complain - otherwise I'm sure the bb10 platform is not a priority.

Go to mobile1 and download the latest Nfl mobile from there..if you are on 1925...works for me

When I dowloaded 10.2.1.1925 the NFL app is the only one that would not launch. I downloaded the app from Snap (Verizon Android version) and it works fine. Go figure. The poor app portfolio from BlackBerry is going to cause me to leave BB after 20 years. I could not imagine a poorer launch than occurred with OS10.

I actually do think it's a BlackBerry issue. I've had other apps stop working after the last OS update. Air Canada was one of them. I like BB, but this would have been sorted by now on iOS or Android.

Mine would open on it's own, constantly have a splat on it, and recently stopped working.

I disagree with this I'm afraid- it's along time since I upgraded to 10.2.0.1791, or the app (last updated In October), and mine doesn't want to open now I've tried it after reading these threads. There is something other than a BlackBerry issue.

I'm not on Verizon by the way, but haven't had any issues with the app until the last couple of days.

However :-

this would have been sorted by now on iOS or Android.

I do agree with this. On those platforms there are more users, so more users would be complaining so either NFL or Verizon would be trying to fix it quicker.

I've been tweeting NFL mobile customer support (@NFLMobileCS on twitter) and have gotten no real fix as of today. Seems like another case of lip service to the BlackBerry faithful

The NFL Mobile app stopped working on my phone, too. The app displays the splash screen for a minute and then the app self-closes. Until they resolve the issue, I will use theScore, version 2.3.1.20491, which is also gratis on BlackBerry World. theScore app works fine on my Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1803.

I am so disappointed the NFL mobile app no longer works. It was my fav app. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed.

Tweet @NFLMobileCS or @NFLMobileCS2 let them know the more tweets the more likely they'll wake up I've added the hashtag #bustedapp maybe if it trends they will see it's not a "unique issue".

Ok....so I had this problem when using the bbw version. I deleted and installed the android version and it works. However, I can't get my red zone on that. So I go back to the bbw version and it doesn't work.
