    I'm looking for an app that prevents using a BlackBerry when the vehicle is moving. Anyone know if there is one?

    I always hear good things about SafeDrive - BlackBerry World but have never actually tried it.

    Not sure, really. If I remember correctly there aren't any functions for developers to lock the phone, and how exactly would it define car vs any other type movement?

    Perhaps a NFC tag to turn everything off/on inside the car. Or just dropping it into the center console and closing the lid.

    I did not see a reply to the first response regarding your request, so....
    Did you try searching Google Play at all?
    If you don't mind trying an Android application, you may want to look into these...
    I have no idea if they work well or not on BB though. If not, search around yourself for something better.

    None of the apps worked. Some tried, but my guess is the APIs required are not supported in the Android Runtime.
