Monodio is an idea of the most simple, elegant and beautiful audio player for BlackBerry� 10 which could play all supported audio types by BlackBerry� 10 in particular folder as playlist.

All you need to do is copy all your favorite songs into a folder on the device memory or SDCard and let Monodio play all of them in shuffle or repeated way.

NOTE:

+ User has to accept the permissions required when running the app in the first time for the app being able to load audio files on device/SDCard.

SETTINGS:

+ Shake to Skip Song: When it's ON, you can shake the device to the right to skip to NEXT song, shake the device to the left to back to PREVIOUS song.

+ Animating Background: Enable/ Disable the animating effect of the background in Main Screen.

+ Custom Background: When it's OFF, Click to turn ON and select your own favorite photo as the background. When it's ON, click it will provide an option to turn it OFF or select another photo as background.

+ Scrolling Titles: Turn ON/OFF scrolling horizontally effect for played titles. Playing title always scrolling.

+ Screen Always On: Keep the sreen backlight always on or leave it as the Device's settings

Btw, op, nice lay out and nice looking app.. was looking for a better audio app to play my fav songs. And this could be it.

I gotta say the UI is very nicely done. great job dev!

but, as someone else already mentioned it needs multiple folder support. I like to load my entire music folder (all songs sorted by artist and album in diff folders) and just hit shuffle. my only concern though, is the high cpu usage. it never seems to go to idle for long when stopped and in active frame - it hovers around 1%. will run it for a bit to see what the battery consumption's like.

multiple folders
ignore folders
playlists
search artist/album/song
headphone detection (auto play when headphones plugged in and stop when disconnected)
bluetooth a2dp support (ability to auto play when bluetooth a2dp connected)
low battery/cpu usage

Is this how you treat your customers? In December you promised updates and we are still waiting for one to be released.

The app is very, very, very basic and has not been updated since November 2013 and still lacks features like described above and people bought it because you were promising enhancements.
