I have most of the music on my phone stored as flac files (for those who don't know, it's lossless audio) Anyhow, the player supports the files but some of my albums are not showing in my music library. If this was a compatibility issue then I would understand but if I find the files through the file explorer I can open them in the music player. Even after opening them, they still don't show up in the library in the music app. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've also added some albums since these files and they show up in the library as well so it is updating.

I don't know enough about the flac format but do you have the TAGS correct? I believe that the Music/Lib function uses tags (mp3 tags I know about) to identify music by album, genre, etc. Can you edit such tags in flac files?

The tags are there for the music. I had files before that had no tags and it showed them as unknown song and unknown artist. These files have tags and won't show up.
