Did you add the contact via the "Recent calls" feature in the app?

So you can't download this on 10.2.1 to have for later when we get 10.3 or 10.3.1? Says "unavailable for this device".

BB World makes that distincition and you canNOT download if you don't have the proper OS. Not even to stockpile for a future OS - unfortunately.

Well then, the "Promo codes suck" comment that the OP made has little to no weight. There little need for a promo code for an app that 99% of BB10 users can't download anyways. That comment is little more than a jab at other promos when this promo is just as or even more limited than others.

Why? The OP specifically states that if you have 10.3 then it's available free for 24hrs.

Not that if you're running a lower version, but plan on upgrading to 10.3 in the future then you can download it now and save it until then.

Easy enough to answer, because no BlackBerry device will officially have 10.3 except for the Passport which hasn't even been released yet. All other BlackBerry devices will have 10.3.1 sometime near the end of the year. So taking a jab saying "Promo codes suck" because it limits availability of the promo while limiting availability of the promo through another means is just hypocrisy.

That along with the fact that this way, folks can NOW tell the developer how it is working with 10.3.xxxx and he can tweak it if need be. If all or most copies were downloaded by folks with OS 10.2.x (and stockpiled for two or three months), he'd get no feedback on how it is working.

Hello, I just purchased this call blocker and it works well, going to voicemail. Is there a way for now or in the future to have them get a busy signal or just drop the call? I really don't want all blocked calls going to voicemail. Thanks.

I've never tried the option myself, but I think you have to go to
Phone > settings > call forwarding
And turn off 'forward if busy' in order or declined calls to be dropped instead of going to voicemail

I'm not sure if that is even an option with this app yet? I have emailed the developer and asked.

    Sorry about that
The option is within the actual phone app itself
Phone app > swipe down from top > settings > call forwarding
