Hi, on my BlackBerry z30, the only way I can hear turn by turn directions is to also run the music app... the voice plays over the song, but if I close the music app, no voice... am I missing a setting or is the issue with my car?

In your Bluetooth setting make sure in the configure that you have rSAP mode on.

Hi - still does not work unless I play music over Bluetooth... seems very odd, might be the Highlander sound system...

Had a rental today with the same results... turn by turn audio only works when the music app is playing music. Interesting that when I pause the track, the map audio continues. Very strange.
