Does anyone know of a good app that would allow me to assign tasks to management crew and once the task was complete they could notify me? I run multiple franchise locations and I use a to do list on my z10 for me but what I would really like is an app that I could assign tasks and assignments to my management crew have a list of those assignments on my phone but have reminders sent out and the ability to notify me once they have completed there tasks. I see this somehow being tied into the Calendar on my phone but would like it to be simple and effective.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a team of 9 and we use gqueues for task management. I side loaded gqueues app on my z10 from goodereader.com. (the site is currently having some problems) .
It is cross platform on Android IOS and on the web. It is a simple manager with a clean look and should provide just what you are looking for. Go to gqueues.com and check it out. You can assign due dates employees make simple reports etc.

You may also want to setup a bbm group. You can create lists and delegate tasks via bbm groups.
