Is it possible to keep emails for more than 30 days? I can't find a setting for it anywhere. I thought this was supposedly fixed with OS 10.1. Using 10.2.1.

Check your sync settings (Initial Retrieval Period or something similar) in Settings > Accounts > your email. If it's not there, re-add the account.

I think you can change ActiveSync accounts at any time - "Sync Timeframe", last option in the Advanced settings. But IMAP or POP accounts have to be deleted and recreated to make that initial setting.

Thanks. The account I was having trouble with is a POP email. Deleted and setting it up again solved the problem.

What os version do you have? Pop3 is limited to 30 days on my phone.

The limits were actually expanded to include "90 Days" and "Forever" with 10.1.0.4xxx long ago. My ISP email account was initially setup as POP and set to "Forever", until I found out that my ISP did actually support IMAP - they didn't for the longest time.

    OS 10.2.1.2156.

I haven't fully tested it yet - hasn't been 30 days. But when I deleted and set it up again I was prompted with a "forever" choice.

I guess your account supports Imap. Imap has no limitation.
How did you setup your account? Manually or through the setup assistant?
I'm on a newer OS and pop3 is still limited to 30 days.
