You will potentially get a PM back. So look for an indication of a notice. It would be near the upper left corner, below the CB logo (full site view).

Here is the documentation on sandbox users https://developer.blackberry.com/bla...r_account.html . They are test users and go through the usual BB World process but aren't charged. Also BB told me today that their reviews aren't saved in the system .
This is the only way to spread free copies until they release ability for developers to make promotional codes

Oh, so you can't provide a Redeem Promotion type code or certificate. AppWorld shows the ability but obviously that does not mean anything.
