    My BB10 has been unable to connect to the voice control server for some weeks, suspiciously similar to the amount of time I enabled BT Parental Controls (my home broadband is in the UK - it's an ISP-level domain filter similar to OpenDNS, but with absolutely no logging, fairly abysmal.) Can someone tell me what IP addresses or domains the Blackberry needs to reach, and I can whitelist them?

    It appears to connect to http://prototype.vlingo.com:80 (or 63.116.58.189), so try whitelisting that.
