Instavenue stole my Skins!

Since DrunkEddyLabs' support apparently is asleep 24/7 since a few months or thinks they don't have to reply to their customers mails and tweets in the first place, I decided to take my problems here.

A while ago, I downloaded Instavenue and bought the BlackBerry Fans Skin. Everything went well, until I decided to upgrade my Q to a newer leak...after downloading Instavenue again the Skin pack was missing and so was the option to restore purchases.

Any help or advice on how to get it back is greatly appreciated! :cool::yes:

the best advice was given by you just now since they dont respond to paying customers and dont restore prior purchases the more people who know the worse off they will be

Hmmm. I never knew there were available skins for Instavue Pro. I'm also glad I read this before looking into it.

I have also been burned with incremental purchases of their sticker packs without any way to restore them after a wipe or reload. No recourse so far. I just wanted to put that out there as well.
