The release version will be available on BlackBerry World. It was after all, publicly endorsed by BlackBerry. To use the beta you have to sideload it.

Again, why buy an app that isn't functioning or has issues. I'm all for supporting Devs and I have several that are good friends, but they would be the first to agree with me. Give the dev a chance to fix the issues and deal with Blackberry/IG and then buy it.
In the meantime, Sideload the Android application and debug token and go from there. I never really use it, but it works perfectly on my Q10 though the screen is really too small to fully enjoy the experience---still it works flawlessly.

Go to Podgey's page at http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-an...4/index17.html and about half way down this page is a list of apps including IG that he posted with the token for someone else. They may work for you but if not, you can "Reply" to that post he did and ask him to make a token for you and send it with the IG bar file. There is a lot of android apps on that one post that all work great you may also want. Contact him and quit waiting for this app to get repaired. BTW, using Chrome ext seems to work the best when sideloading with a debug token.

Have had no issues with it since I got it.

Queue time to upload a picture was under 5 minutes.

    Love the app.

There are people that don't know the process of Sideloading or just don't want to go that way. This app is for those kind of people, who doesn't know any better than just going to an app store and download apps from there. Normal-average-regular people...

Just my 2 cents but I really hope that one day all our "important" apps need not to be sideloaded

Agreed! That day will come but in the meantime, sideloading android apps is a breeze.
And to Jonifran--sideloading apps is easier than installing a leak and no harder than going to the app store to buy one. All you have to do is download a program like Sachesi or DDPB or Chrome extension and you are ready to go. You can go to the apk2bar sites like apk2bar or Good e Reader.com and get the apps you want just like you do in the app store. You scroll through the 1000's of apps they have already converted and sideload the ones you want. Then you drag them into one of the three loaders with your phone plugged in and you have a running android app. For the ones that require a debug token, once you get the token you do exactly the same thing, drag it into the loader and load it on your phone. It honestly takes about 1 min to sideload a normal app.

I know all of that. That's the way I do. I'm just trying to state the reason why some people would complain so much and in fact why many people don't buy BlackBerry devices. The just want it all at their hands, not having to use a computer to download the apps they need/want. But as for me, I'm more than Ok with Sideloading. Piece of cake...

Working fine for me. I set up my account and posted some picks, edited my profile. Just updared by the developer too! Well worth the $3 for me.

Just like the side loaded app, you can't log off and then in again. Or change your password. Everything stops once you make those changes.
