It's not illegal. It's an app that may not comply with the ToS fully. That doesn't make a third party app illegal. Defrauding the public out of money for something that don't do the job what you said it would do, yes. But breaking a few terms? Give me a break.

Violating a contract between you and instagram, I'm fairly sure it's illegal and instagram could sue you(him, the dev) because of this.

But I guess contracts don't really mean anything to you.

BB10 users choose to use an OS that few others use. That's cool, absolutely nothing wrong with that. But why is there no respect for Instagram's choice here? They built and own their API. They make it clear to developers what people can and can't do with it.

This developer is a cheat. It's that simple. He agreed to Instragram's terms, and then is intentionally violating those same terms.

Sorry but it looks badly coded, starting with the scrolling bug at Home. And it doesn't look native, it looks like it was coded with a mix of HTML5 which never runs great on BB10 anyways.

Registered for Instagram @ 11am through the app. Received a confirmation email from Instagram. App still saying account registration still in progress.

Edit: Used friends account to login. Servers still under maintenance msg.
