Hey guys, this is for those Instagram lovers.

I've uploaded the Instagram 4.1.2 which is the latest version from Google Play. The original .apk file has been converted to .bar format, you can give it a shot!

Attention!
1. If you never met the camera compatible issue on your Z10 with 10.2, you just need to unzip the package to install the 4.1.2 version using DDPB or Chrome extension. Then, it's supposed to work. Otherwise, you probably need to follow the procedure below.

2. For those Q10 & DAC folks, I'm pretty sure the 4.1.2 won't work on 10.2 directly, the compatible issue will appear immediately once you run it.

A few steps to solve:
1. Unzip the package, you'll get 2 files including 3.4.4 and 4.1.2 version.
2. Install the 3.4.4 first. Do not install them together.
3. After finishing installation of 3.4.4, run it without signing in. Then, close it.
4. Install the 4.1.2, now you'll see two icons. Whichever you open, they'll both get into the same latest version.
5. Keep all these two icons on your device.

Now you're good to go. Enjoy!!

As long as you update your OS version to 10.2.1.537, you don't need to do my steps above any more! Simply download the latest instagram.apk installation package from android market, then install it on your device. The screenshots confirmed everything.

Yup, I think so since it works on Q10. It should be the same as Q5 but it must update to10.2.

I hate sounding dumb, but how do you unzip the files? It says it's a RAR file not a BAR file.

The bars are inside of the .rar file. Do you have Winrar on your PC? You can extract them to a folder using Winrar.

Confirmed. I'm using it on my Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1047. Can't see any noticeable differences over the previous release though.

What version of OS are you currently running? If you are running 10.2, it's supposed to work fine by following my procedure. Other than that, if you have a Q10 running 10.1 OS, it won't work even though you install both 3.4.4 and 4.1.2, the compatible problem won't be solved.

Sorry, I didn't use the 4.1 before. I updated to 4.1.2 directly, so I didn't have a comparison with 4.1 what the improvements are. I guess the 4.1.2 just fixed some small bugs since the build number hasn't been changed hugely.

download winrar and it will "unzip" the file. Then you will have all the useable stuff inside the archived folder. .Rar files are compressed and need to be decompressed to work.

On the z10 with the latest 10.2 leak works decently, the only thing is the keyboard bug but at least I can watch videos

10.2.0.1047 is only possible to be updated via its leaked OS. There're no official updates announced for 10.2.

I would like to know if now the video recorder works on blackberry with this version ? and if its necessary to convert the instagram app and then use playbook app manager ?
