can you try to uninstall and reinstall?

That was my whole issue. I had uninstalled it but STILL was showing up as installed in BlackBerry World. When I hit the open button nothing would happen cause I had already deleted it.

I had to do a refresh in BlackBerry World in settings under General tab. Then it finally went away. Strange cause I've never had this happen with any other applications before.

Nem, there seems to be a bug with images uploaded to IG via whosay (many celebrities use it)
The pictures show up as low quality (view @goconstance on inst10)
I guess it's uploaded at a different dimension other than default, and inst10 isn't parsing it correctly!

are you streaming the video or you downloaded it in inst10 and viewing it? try downloading and streaming and compare. also compare in other apps. if you get same results. it's the video

I can't download the video because I'm not a pro user, I only click to play the video but I can't watch the entire video without stopping then I have to wait to see the rest, what's the issue?

It didn't let me register without entering my name and phone number even when it said that they're just optional, and when my registration was complete and I logged in none of my provided information was in my profile (it was completely blank, only username). Bug or did those inputs gone somewhere else? ;>

I have recieved and replied to DMs, but how do I initiate a new DM to someone else? I see where I tap on top right had side and takes me to "Direct" screen where I see history of past DMs that I replied to. Just not sure how to start one. I've emailed developer twice with no response.

hi folks,

i can't get the notifications settings right in the hub, is there a step by step solution to get it done?

Everything i try is not working. "attention, changing this value will require you to Restart your phone or close both the app and t he running headless via settings> data monitor then opening the app again to re run the headless.

this message is coming up every thime i want to set the interval. and without that setting there are no notifications in the hub. ( i think it has something to do with that but yeah, what do i know)

i purchased the pro version, fyi

Yeah that is the proper behaviour. It works the same way that posting something on instagram does. The only difference is that this way the picture is only sent to the people you want it to go to rather than all of your followers. The initial Direct message requires a picture, after that it can be just text.

That message will also pop up when changing the setting for notifications. Until the dev finds another way of implementing the changes without the restart. Basically what you'll need to do is set the interval you want for the notifications, then close the app, go into device manager and tap on Inst10, you should see something that says "Change your app permissions " in blue writing. Tap on that then turn "run in background" off then go back to the previous screen. And just for good measure, tap on the close button at the bottom for Inst10. Once that is done, open the app again and the interval is set (even though when you go back into settings it won't show you that it is but don't worry it has been (Again something that the dev needs to work on))

You can do that. Just press and hold on the post/picture then select the Re-Direct option.

Running v1.0.400.1 on OS 10.3.1.2267 and I'm still experiencing the following:

- When on a profile and you click on "Photos of user" only the first page of photos shows. Once you hit the bottom to load more it doesn't and just takes you to the top.

When trying to post a photo from the gallery via the Inst10 app (tapping the capture icon, then selecting gallery) and trying to tag someone in the picture, as soon as I start typing the name I'll get a list but if I type more than 2 letters the list is now blank and won't go away. I can't scroll up or down on the list and there is nothing I can do to get it away unless I cancel the whole process.


Also, while scrolling through my feed some people's posts don't show. Just shows a black box when there should be an image there. The image shows up fine in iGrann but not Inst10 for some reason.

I have an image on my feeds that doesn't load on Inst10, iGrann or Instagram. I know this isn't Inst10 related but does anyone know why would that happen? It even has a considerable amount of likes..





I also want to point out that I first saw the image just a few seconds after it was posted and well, it has always been blank.
