Insert Row or Column in Docs to Go?

I found no way to insert sheet rows or columns when editing a spreadsheet in Docs To Go. Is it possible?

There's a new version of docs out today but a quick look does not show that function. Pretty anemic app!

Really lame. People have been complaining about this since BB10 was released.
