    I just tried to depositing a cheque with ING Direct, but my camera isn't working. Just a white screen? Has anyone else have this problem? I call ING and they told me to reload the app.

    Hello. Is this app a native app or a sideloaded one?
    Sideloaded bank apps usually do not work with the camera, so I have heard.

    Found it. My application permissions for the camera was turned off. I though the permission would have been in the app settings, but it was in the phone settings under security and privacy. Now I know.
