My iGrann was not downloading images so I was going to try to delete it and reinstall to correct the problem. Well I deleted it from the folder by long press and then reset the phone (volume buttons). It was gone from my folder, but I go into BBWorld and it still shows "OPEN" under the app name and it's installed. I try to uninstall there and it goes into an endless spinning circle. I reset the phone again and tried to just delete it. Same spinning circle. App doesn't show on my BBWorld when I log into the PC site.

Any advice?? This is really annoying.

What OS are you on... I've had problems deleting Android Apps on 10.3. Had to use ES File Explorer, but don't think it will work with native apps.

Delete and do a hard reset via the double volume button method.

Should be gone once the phone turns back on.

As I said in the OP, I already did that.

Now I am stuck with it in my BBWorld and gives me an error when I try to delete or uninstall.

Hard reset? Or just simple using the power button?

You can also try removing it from device monitor. I've read others have had success that way.

Like it says, holding the volume buttons. Does not show in the Device Monitor.

Doh! Where's my head tonight? Out of curiosity, what happens when you click open? Does it actually open?

You may also want to try uninstalling via the google chrome app manager extension normally used for sideloading.

No worries. It does nothing when clicked. How does the chrome thing work?

Follow the instructions here: Sideload Android apps to your BlackBerry 10 device using Google Chrome | CrackBerry.com

But instead of selecting a bar file from your computer and installing, look for igrann in the application list and click "terminate" (if it's not greyed out), then "uninstall".

    Also try refreshing BlackBerry World

In BlackBerry World swipe down from the top bezel > Settings > General Settings > Refresh BlackBerry World

Good suggestion. I'd suggest trying this before bothering with my google chrome extension suggestion.

REALLY Appreciate the help! The refresh worked! I did not know that was an option, I thought it was automatic.

Thank you to both of you for your quick help!
