I had this issue. Rebooting fixed it.

Here's everything I've done so far: I've deleted the app, reinstalled, revoked instagram access, allowed instagram again, close app, re-launched, reboot phone, turn off/on, reset (up&down volume button hold) but same thing.

Forgot to mention: I also cleared browser cache, changed password, revoke and reconnect instagram via desktop.

Hopefully in a future release it will be a separate option to link accounts. something that we can turn on/off from the settings menu

Go to profile, select picture and long press. And then trashcan it goes.

There is a way to post rectangular photos to instagram. On other platforms, you would use apps like "instasize" or "photosquarer". You could sideload those apps and use it on your BlackBerry 10 device. Alternatively, you could download "effetica" from BlackBerry World and use their pad tool. I've been asking for this feature on their thread and the developer has added it in. It acts the same way as instasize and photosquarer but seeing as to how Effetica is a native app, you can can just share directly to igrann after you have used the pad tool so that rectangular photos can be posted to instagram. Resolution will still be 612x612. That's just how instagram is.

Hi MiSsY_ ,

Thanks so much for your advice. I did exactly what you said, I toggled the share on Facebook option on and off without any success. As I mentioned, sharing to Facebook did work in the past, a few days ago when I first installed the app. I did not change the permissions on the app since then, nor did I update my anything on my phone. I'm not sure what has changed. This would lead me to believe this is a bug.

As for the mapping feature, thanks for the info. I'm not interested in installing 4square, so I'll just not use this feature.

Just an update: I removed the sideloaded v.1_0_0_6 and installed the new version from BBW and it works like a charm! Brilliant Gas. I'll be giving this the full 5 stars!

I would go into Facebook on a computer or laptop and go to settings, then go to apps and look for instagram. Remove it and then try logging in again with igrann. Give it a try if you haven't done so already.
