If you update to the new Facebook 10.8 app all Hub integration features will be removed (ie notification, messages, contacts, calendar, etc).

I updated without realizing the consequences and had to sideload the previous vision back onto my Q10 to get my much loved Hub features back.

Supposedly the current version will stop working at the end of this month due to API changes. We'll see in a couple weeks if that is true and how much of it breaks.

    Nemory,

Is there a possibility that you can add the contact sync that was in the official BlackBerry app?

Unfortunately we have to purchase your Messenger. And we want an app for Facebook wherein we can instantly reply messages without opening any Facebook application.

And the notification for birthdays and events in calendar.

Both Face10 and Messenger Pro are fully hub integrated, so when you receive a message, you don't have to open another app. It's much like before, you just open the message from the hub and reply. The only difference is that you open into a Web based Messenger UI, rather than native. This is because of api limitations, but it is fully functional other than calling feature, but the stock Facebook app didn't have that either.

Hi, can you please please please share the sideload link? I did the same thing, woke up, saw update, automatically pressed it and BAM everything gone... I know it's just 2 weeks but it would help loads... Thanks!
