This is the 2nd biggest thing I miss from Android, the first being Google Voice integration.
Since 10.2, I have been using an android app "TickTick." It's good because it supports complex recurrence, lists, and has a web page version that syncs with the app.
Remember would be good, but it doesn't support recurring tasks, which is a big miss.
I have tried Outlook.com tasks, but it doesn't support task recurrence.
I have exchange from work, and that is useful because of remember integration, and support for complex recurrence.
But, I have to use desktop Outlook to create/manage tasks.
