    Hi, i bought an wifi printing app on blackberry world. After installing it connected to my wifi printer fine but would not print and gave an error. I contacted the developer and he replied that the app would not work with my printer and attached a link of blackberry commerce to fill for refund. It states on that they will contact within 48 hours. I haven't heard anything since over a week now. I tried blackberry website for help and it sent me on their twitter account, #blackberryhelp and after posting there i haven't got any reply either. Can someone point me in the right direction and if experienced such issue then hiw did you go by it. It's frustration that blackberry has no clear direction or point of contact in issues like this or support for general inquiries.

    Hi Buddy,

    Write an email to customersupport@blackberrycommerce.com.
    It will be better if you can provide the ticket number to them as well.
