Hello
I have saved an file from my Lappy and when I try to open it from Docs to Go I get an error that the file is locked, and I can't edit it. How to edit the files, ??

What OS are you using on your Laptop?

If your laptop is a Mac make sure you included the file extension. If .XLSX doesn't work try saving it in .XLS format.

Try closing the file on your laptop before copying it to your phone. Did you try saving it in an older format? What versions of Docs to Go and Excel are you using?

Excel is Office 2003 and Docs to go version is 10.13.2.14
