    My Rogers Z10 has Blackberry World 4.4.2.26 while my Fido Z10 has 4.2.1.109. How can I update Blackberry World on my Fido Z10? "Check for updates" does not work.

    Did you try removing the SIM card and checking for updates?

    PS: To remove the SIM card, turn your Z10 OFF by holding the top buttom and only after it goes off, remove the battery. This isn't BB7. Don't do battery pulls.

    Turns out the Fido phone was on OS 10.0. Took out the sim card and undated the OS to 10.1. Once I did that, I saw updates for BB world and other apps.
