I accidentally downloaded a one day free trial for inbox for microsoft outlook by tpsoft. i immediately deleted (which said it would auto unsubscribe) but i noticed a few days later that my account was charged $4.99. i tried to contact blackberry and tpsoft but no luck. even my service provider said i had to call blackberry which will cost $35 USD. blackberry says to call service provider. this is a scam and must be illegal.

I think you should contact your bank and ask to stop this transaction.

A quick read of the app description and comments should have told you this was an app to avoid.

Call your credit card company and ask them to stop the recurring charge.

If you paid via your network provider then contact them, if PayPal contact them and if the bank contact them.

You've tried to rectify the issue with the business directly , if that's failed you go to the company who processed the payment.
