Honestly....i would have never found it if it wasn't for this post. I pressed everywhere on that screen but it is the long press that is the key.

Thanks for the help. It is easy after that, especially given more hints you gave afterwards and hearing it is case sensitive.

Make sure you start with a capital, and then all the rest are lower case. Also, make sure you spell the name correctly. It will work. Press the eye reveal symbol to see the password in English so you get it correct.
