    I've got task manager but every time I close it, after a few mins it's back open..

    Anyway to close it permanently and only open it when you want?

    There are no headless apps yet. Unless its android app which may run headless. You might be seeing services running

    Headless app support comes in 10.2 although if you have the leaks installed, no developers support it yet but will when 10.2 comes out official.

    Which task manager anyway? Not sure if you know, but you can force-shutdown apps by holding the x instead of tapping it.
