Wow I use grooveshark all of the time so when i get my Z30 next week i can download it asap

I'm in Canada which I don't think matters too much but perhaps it's a region thing:

When I go to here: BlackBerry World - I get an error: Unknown item The requested item does not exist or is not available. (EC )

I see "App for Grooveshark" in the Paid apps section. When I select it I get "Requested Content cannot be found".

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've hard reset the phone by holding volume up and down but can't get it to go. I'm wondering if it's a region-lock thing?

My guess is for the same reason ios and android don't have it. When their publisher partners complain that we consumers and get the same content for free via grooveshark that is being sold in blackberry world/play store /app store it gets taken down pretty quickly.

That's the reason why they denied my app. I actually didn't asked permission to grooveshark. I'm still waiting for Grooveshark's answer to my email to them.

You could always do what someone else has, and re-brand, remove all references to Grooveshark. Call it something else possibly?
I don't believe Blackberry actually examine where the content is sourced from, only trademark name's and content permissions.

They install the app, and lookup any brand' names to check if they are official etc.
