Sports Tracker, native in BlackBerry World. It's the second platform I've run it on, now.

On both the Disatnce Duration Speed etc can be changed and switched to Calories Burned, Laptime and or Interval.
On Emdomondo you have more options to change settings.
If you like feed back Endo' has loads of data it verbally gives you during your run.
It also has challenges against yourself to beat your time, or other members time.

I have both if I had to pick it'd be Endo.

For native I go with Sports Tracker, however on 10.2 Endomondo works flawlessly for me.
