    Is there an app for Z10 that checks and monitors which apps are trying to get Internet access? Like a firewall or something?

    That doesn't look like it monitors the local device, seems like it's for monitoring other SNMP-enabled devices on the LAN. (And was released prior to BB10, so it was obviously originally designed for the Playbook.)

    There is an SNMP utility (also originally designed for Playbook) which is designed to actually broadcast SNMP traps based on the device state, not sure how well it works for BB10 though.
