Hello, I know that the Android phones can have Firefox as their Web Browser. Is there any way I can have it on my Z10?

Im not sure if the android sideload works or not. Otherwise you can email them and see if they have interest in making a native app on BB10

I thought those are plugins or add-on for the desktop browsers. I don't think it exists for the mobile version. Hasn't Google outlawed adblocking in general?

Not as good as the stock browser but it's always best to have an alternative browser when you can use one browser to listen to songs on youtube and another to browse the web.

I had mobile Firefox installed on Nokia N9 and plenty of plugins were working including those. Plugins were downloaded directly from Firefox so I believe that even for Android it should work despite Google removing Ad block from play store.
