    Is it normal for the app to use that much ram? I think it's that extremely extensive ram usage that makes it randomly close when the memory gets full!

    It starts empty and slowly builds up...

    RAM problem fixed in version 1.0.0.82 (approved by BB 30 mins ago). Should appear in BB World any minute now. Please test the new version to your satisfaction and report any further observations or issues here. Thanks!

    I'm on 10.2.1.1925 (Z10 in Canada). Since day 1 (back in January) I downloaded this app until now with the newest version updated to 1.0.0.82 today, I never find this app working at all. Wifi is only one area where the graph is moving. Talk Time and Cellular Data never works. What should I do with this app? .

    Delete it completely and re-install. The underlying database has changed radically in the first few updates because of all the new core features being thrown in.

    Found the problem. I will prepare an update for release in a few days.

    Other things in that update will be:

    - adding an "Active frame" section to "Settings" page. Some options people requested.
    - fixing some bugs in backup/restore function.
    - hopefully an excluded numbers list for "Talk time" section in "Settings" page.

    Also preparing 3 paid features which may or not be ready for the next update:

    - Forecast/budgeting graph/analysis.
    - Coverage map builder.
    - Data tools for IP address, Ping, Traceroute.

    Still waiting to hear from BB regarding permission for headless. I will chase them up in a few days.

    Can everyone post feedback on memory hog issue? I think we can put that issue behind us now.

    Hmm, it's actually working for me. Some questions:

    1. If you swipe down and press refresh does it fix the problem?
    2. Did you restore from an old backup after the update? And if you did, are you already into the second month of your billing cycle?
    3. Can you upload a screenshot of the data screen bar graph?

    Hi Team,

    Any plans to add some sort of Daily Monitoring or at least apart from Monthly quotas, it can be set to reset quota on a Daily Basis.

    This is useful for carriers that observe a daily-based quota usage (e.g. Fair Use Policy).

    What I do right now is set quota to 1GB and just roll forward the "Last Day of Month Cycle"

    Please delete the app completely and then re-install from BB World. I put a message in the startup popup message explaining that if you notice something odd then the best thing to do is delete the app and re-install. The issue is that the newer features and bug fixes require some significant changes under the hood. From hereon I think we have a stable base and future updates should not cause such issues.

    Software release 10.1.0.4200 ... the Tmobile US stock 10.1.

    Correct, I made around a dozen calls yesterday and they are not in the app's call log.

    How goes the headless battle?

    I've been running the active frame version from the beginning, and while it's resource impact is much better now, it still seems to eat through my battery.

    Are you seeing better results with the headless module, or is it too early in development to know yet?
