Just an idea, as I have the same error.
Does it happen to those having the date in European format? I mean, DD-MM-YYYY?
I guess the app is wrong interpreting the date of 01-02-2014
The date on the screen shot says 2 Jan -4713-

Interesting idea. I will have to look into it.
It's been fixed in the update that's going out to BB World tomorrow. This bug occurs if you set the last day of the month to the 29th, 30th, 31st.
Fixed in tomorrows update. Remember to post here if you have any further issues after updating.
Have collated all the bugs users have sent in and fixed them. Update going to BB World tomorrow :)

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just misunderstanding what I'm looking at. The calls detail page shows 43 minutes of calls for the February cycle, but I don't see how you get 43 minutes from the individual calls listed.

The app also shuts down randomly ... will stay in an active frame for hours and then, poof, it's gone. Don't know if it's the app or the OS (10.1) causing it.

Just uploaded version 1.0.0.74 to BlackBerry World. Waiting for approval.
Fixed in version 1.0.0.74. You will receive an update notification from BB World as soon as they approve it. Download the update and let me know if there are any other issues found.
That's an interesting bug. Can you download the update as soon as it's available and let me know if this issue persists. So many bugs have been weeded out and yours may be an indirect consequence of a bug thats already been fixed.
Yes, its a memory issue. Hopefully you shouldn't have that problem in this latest build.
Looks like memory leak still present despite efforts.
Concentrating now on headless which runs in 3MB and doesn't require the app to be open.
Still have the issue. It may be coincidence, but if you add up the minutes parts of my individual calls (but don't count the hour part of that one long call), you get the displayed total of minutes in the bar chart. This is true for the 43 mins in my earlier post and the 49 mins in the attached screenshot from today.

Not sure if you are posting a problem.
But if you are, you need to delete the app and download it again from BB World. The underlying architecture has changed so don't use your old data or an old backup. Start from the beginning. Use the "Already used" fields for each of talktime/texts/data to catch up to wherever you left off.
Ok I see it. Yes delete the app and re-install with the newer version.
Neat update. It kind of broke my phone and sms tracking, it doesn't work anymore for me. I didn't restart the phone or did delete before update btw.
Delete the app completely and re-install fresh from BB World. It worked for others and it's working for me. The only issue I had was that the update from BB World left some remnants of the old version which produced some odd glitches. The next update will delete the app before install.
Is it normal for the app to use that much ram? I think it's that extremely extensive ram usage that makes it randomly close when the memory gets full!
