Has anyone else experienced this? Running z30 on latest official Bell Canada 10.2.1. After downloading and installing Onedrive app my file manager loads up but doesn't display much of anything.

Says "device" at the top, main body is blank and the two buttons in the action menu bar are search and list (which don't seem to do anything)

I have restarted since the install. It was working fine before Onedrive install...

Thoughts?

Uninstalled the app already to see if it works again? What OS are you on?

Just uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Looks like third times a charm, seems to be working now... thanks

I have been having problems since downloading that app as well. Can't save pictures or really do any action that requires the file manager. I just get a darkened screen for a few seconds and then it goes away.

Even after deleting it I had the problem, at least until I went into BlackBerry world and uninstalled it.

Exact same issue here. I attempted to post a screen shot of what the file manager looked like but got what you just said, fade to dark screen then nothing.

I also tested attaching a file using Bbm, same issue, fade to dark then nothing.

Let's see if the reinstall solution holds up. Looks to be working now.
