    Hey, so I am properly logged into facebook, opening the fb app I see notifications fine, but they don't go to my hub. Yes I have facebook notifications turned on under accounts, yes I have it turned on under hub management. Anyone else have this issue? I'm on a Q10 on AT&T OS 10.1.0.2030. Thanks.

    I am having the same issue, it was working a day or 2 ago. I noticed this last night. I am thinking of trying of removing facebook and re-installing.

    Lol, that's odd... hopefully they release an update that will make it stop acting differently for everyone.

    Ok, Ive sorted the problem on my phone. What I did was open the Contacts app, then swipe down from the top to show settings, it then shows a list that says Show Account in Contacts List and facebook was turned off there. Have no idea why, as its to show your facebook contacts on your contacts list, but this fixed my problem. Hope it helps

    If you go into the main settings of your phone and look under "accts" does the facebook acct say not connected?

    Same for me OP.
    If I am on my FB page, they show up on hub, but thats it. I am sure they will fix soon...

    I don't know about others who are experiencing this, but checking the settings to make sure the notifications were turned on was the first thing I did... They are all on, through facebook, the accounts, and hub, all have them on, but nothing ever shows up.

    Mine are all in except for two of them and then it notes that in order to use the hub options to download the Facebook from bb world. I have the latest version.

    If i'm really bored one day I will backup the phone and do a full wipe on it, then restore it and see if that fixes it...

    So since the last update, it wouldn't let me log in through the accounts page. So I deleted it and uninstalled fb. Redownloaded it, logged in fine, turned everything on in the hub, accounts, etc. And... still doesn't work...

    I believe you need to have the FB app installed on the phone for those fields to be active and to get the notifications.

    My wife's Z10 is having the same issue. FB messages won't appear in her hub unless she reboots her phone. I've tried a factory restore (didn't fix issue) and a security wipe (didn't fix issue). We believe the bug appeared after receiving MR .4181 on Koodo.

    I had the same issue on 1047. Got rid of it in future updates.

    This happened to me. I deleted my Facebook account in the phone. Deleted the app. Restarted the phone. Installed FB. Open the app, made an account (or a combination of those) and it worked back. I actually had the problem for weeks before I sat down and got to the bottom of it.
