Whats a good camera app that has exposure compensation?
The only one I know is Camera++ app (it has EV offset option, list of offsets depends on your device though)

Ok... looked for that app but couldn't find it
You probably have OS lower than 10.2.1 or BlackBerry Passport (later is not yet officially supported) :)
