    Hello,

    I'm using BlackBerry Z10 and just downloaded Whatsapp, it downloads it but when trying to install, i got the following error message :

    Error Installing Application

    Any idea to fix it ?

    same error to me.
    I wrote to suport team of whatsapp, the wrote:

    "... Hi

    Thanks for contacting WhatsApp. This is a generic BlackBerry World installation error; unfortunately there is nothing we can do to troubleshoot or resolve it ourselves. Generally, you just need to retry the download; possibly more than once. If you continue to encounter an "installation error", please try closing BBWorld and relaunching.

    I tried maybe 10 times, with wifi, without wifi, I restarted and, I was no possible.

    Error Installing..

    Any sugestion?

    same here im in uk with a z10 on orange locked so i havent done the os update maybe this is why it wont work

    I am in Jamaica and suffered from quite an anticlimax when I saw whatsapp appeared in blackberry world but only to get the same result after downloading it a million time

    I had the Whatsapp android version installed on my Z10, I deleted and then after reboot, tryed to installed the bb10 version, and got the error and thought that maybe it was because of the android version.....anyone doing it from a fresh phone? anyone was able to installed on any Z10?

    Have the 10.90 update! Seems 10.32 firmware users have problems installing it

    Its working for many people on 10.0.0.82 in India (STIL 100-1)

    Mine is a UK version running 10.0.0.261 (STL 100-2) & i get this error, thus not able to install it.
    tried everything... reboot, etc.. nothing it working.
