    Hey there, just noticed out of the blue that I now have a Mic icon left of the text box, no update required. Making a quick search I found this has already been was reported at the wpcentral :

    I just checked with a friend on her iPhone and seems it wasn't there a while ago, but also present right now.

    Seems like a live feature enabled through the service, pretty interesting.

    Latest, but I didn't have to reinstall or upgrade the app, it just appeared. We also got an official post on this subject now

    i did not do anything to my whatsapp and the mic icon just appeared! maybe can try restarting your phone ppl

    I just realized that while listening to a message if I cover the top sensor it changes from speaker to the top
