I have searched both on forums and world, but failed to find anything like this. Sounds childish, but I often need to "draw" on graphs, plans and maps to make note or ideas...and I have yet to find an app that does that on BB10. One of the thing is use the most on Playbook is PaintBook, which does just like Paint (which can be a great replacement on the go for better programs) Any basic app for that? Or are Playbook apps sideloadable?

Are all the files you need to draw on image files (jpgs and pngs)?
If so, I have existing code that I can use to whip up an app to do this in an hour or two. You'd have to be ok with it not being very pretty for a while though.
