Cause when I download it it happens. It's really annoying. Does anyone know why it happens? I read that on later OS versions it doesn't happen anymore. I'm definitely going to install a newer one if that's the case and there's no fix on the current OS version I'm on.

What's even more weird is that I read that crap happens when you have to many permissions but when I just checked the Evernote permissions within the app, all of them were off, so that couldn't be the case. Wtf? Why has that happened? Really annoying.

So you're coming here to complain that an app isn't working as intended and giving you error messages after you've intentionally restricted the app by turning off all of the permissions it requires to do anything?

Awesome, this should be nominated for thread of the day.

Smh. Clearly this is all about the crap "no applications to manage" message you get when you go on the applications permissions in settings. If you're not going to say anything positive or helpful then go away.

Ouch. Did I hurt you're feelings? Sorry, I was just being facetious. A little humor goes a long way, but that might not be the case with you.

In any case, I indirectly answered you're call to help. Stop turning off permissions if you have no clue what they do; and if you're uncertain and paranoid, then don't install apps at all before doing research online about the app and verifying the integrity of both the app developer and the source which you downloaded the app from.

Ok, non-snarky reply here: I did have Evernote installed for awhile, and I never saw the message you're talking about. I had all permissions enabled. Maybe try removing and reinstalling some apps? By no means do I know what I'm talking about, so get a second opinion.

I dunno, in that thread they seem to be suggesting it's that the OP simply has too many apps (152). She tried deleting some and it eventually fixed the issue.

I have Evernote on both my Q10 and Playbook, and I've never seen the error you refer to. Maybe something got corrupted? I would try uninstalling/reinstalling it, if an upgrade doesn't solve the problem.
