    I had been backing up my pictures and videos to box. It says it is up to date, but it only shows the synchronization arrows on the picture folder even though I have it set for videos too. The videos are not updated, and when I try to access the Box picture folder, it just keeps spinning.

    First of all check your Box is updated to the new Version or It needs excellent quality of Internet connection to upload big size files. If not helping then try to reinstall it.

    Yup, latest. Even reinstalled it. Full WiFi signal as well. But, I have the same problem.

    Still working for me. I don't use it for large video file though, but other than that it's still working well. Probably it takes time to sync for big files. Just let it there for some time.

    yep BOX works very well with it's native app.
    sometimes it logging out for some reasons but in generally it's very reliable.

    I don't have play store. I am done running Android apps on my Q10. They are too slow, don't fully work, and kill the battery.

    Are your videos larger than 250MB? Depending on your account type you may be exceeding the file size limit.
