    I've just come across this video:

    The author claims Android apps are not in fact deleted when removed from the homescreen. I installed a few .bar apps from GoodEReader (likely converted from .apk cause the permisisions could not be changed) and then deleted them by long-pressing the icons on the homescreen and tapping the cross symbol. Does that mean those apps were never deleted and are still running?

    That's only for those running OS 10.3.2.2876. And if you are running that specific version, there is a fix available in BlackBerry World.
