    Too many times I was lured to download an app because the description said it was free. In fact, just to be able to use it I was requested to pay. How about truth in posting and in advertising? Can BlackBerry specialised developers make this principle a marketing tool and show that when they say "free" they are telling the truth?

    free means that download is free. If you have to purchase coins or whatever to advance in the game that is just how some are. The download itself was still free. I dont like it either but not going to change. The best you can hope for is that the app has to say "in app purchases" before you download

    My experience with BlackBerry is that its native apps have less ads compared to android and iPhone. So, BlackBerry native apps are more likely to use in-app payments or donations.

    I think BBWorld should require "in app purchases" as part of the description if there are any, well, "in app purchases" in the app. And the description should be clear what those items/aspects are.
