    Well that's their job.
    i can see these are all code and technical issues that you must correct.
    Nothing mentioned about branding or legal issues.
    So keep working on the app to provide a better experience on Q series.

    Saw your response, yes that is their mistake. Reply and annoy them about it.
    Network error is beyond me.
    It could only happen if they have no network data enabled on device.
