I am happy to report that Cisco is also supporting the new Z10. If any of you support Cisco tech, you may be interested in this.

As someone who has recently opened a support case, I wanted to let you know there is an easy way to manage your Cisco support cases on your iOS, Android, or BB10 mobile devices.

The Cisco Technical Support mobile app provides you with the ability to:
� Manage your support case or RMA by checking status, and adding notes or photos to your case.
� Call or email your TAC engineer with a tap of the screen
� Track your RMA replacement part shipments
� Engage with fellow networking professionals and get your support questions answered from the Cisco Support Community
� Access mobile optimized product content � save pdfs or epubs to your device
� View or listen to support videos and podcasts

With all of what the app provides, we�re not stopping there. In a little over a month, we�ll be releasing a new version of the app that will contain several new features. One of which will enable users to search for any support case opened against their support contract.

Users will now be able to view their colleague�s cases as well as refer to closed cases to assist in helping find solutions to your problems today.

You can download the app today either from one of the respective App Stores (search for "Cisco Technical Support), or from one of the following locations:
