    Hey guys I'm having a problem getting the stargazer app. I tried downloading it and got it didn't go through. When I tried downloading again it says I already paid and I don't need to pay again but I can't download it.

    It's not in my world I've checked. Any thoughts?

    Force close BlackBerry World by tapping and holding the "x" after swiping up to minimize the app. Open it and give it another go.

    How about , go into BBworld> my world> my apps and games.
    tap the Installed tab, and see if the app name is listed.
    If it is listed - tap and hold to delete it, then re install.

    Hope that helps.
